Mobility is an essential part of sustainability. With our numerous offers, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to contribute to sustainability. It's good for the environment, good for your wallet and good for your nerves. On this page you will find all the information you need to make your holiday in harmony with nature in an environmentally friendly way. From car-free travel to mobility on site, there is a suitable offer for everyone.

Charging stations

Whether you are a hotel guest or travelling through - there are 3 type 2 charging stations available for you (for a fee).

Arrival by public transport

Travelling by bus and train is easier than you think and pays off. If you are travelling in an environmentally friendly way, we think that's great and support you. We offer a free shuttle service between Lienz main station and the Hotel Outside for direct bookings - there and back.

For all those travelling by train from the north (Germany, Netherlands, ...), we recommend Kitzbühel main station - from there you can either take a direct bus 950x to our hotel (Matrei-Korberplatz stop) without changing trains, or request a shuttle service from our reception staff (for a fee).
On-site mobility

With your guest card, which you receive at check-in, you can use most of the public transport in the district free of charge and explore the side valleys of the Hohe Tauern National Park in an easy and environmentally friendly way.

In winter, the ski bus stops regularly next to the Hotel Outside and takes you to the Großglockner Resort ski area in 3 minutes free of charge.
