Real enjoyment and best quality are inseparable. We put on the table what our region has to offer. The shorter the distance, the younger the vitamins. The closer the (mountain) farm, the better the taste.

We love local food: bread and jams, herbs from the garden, and meat from the local butcher “Mühlstätter”. Milk, vegetables and fruits are sourced locally and are organic. Heart of our house is the kitchen, where everything is prepared with dedication and more sophistication. Let us surprise you - from imaginative creations of our Chef de Cuisine.
