Real enjoyment and best quality are inseparable. We put on the table what our region has to offer. The shorter the distance, the younger the vitamins. The closer the (mountain) farm, the better the taste.

Back to the Roots ...

Cooking is a talent... and Werner Wibmer has lots of it. After his apprenticeship in our hotel, he went abroad in order to gain experiences in other hotels and prestigious restaurants.

Over the last few seasons he was working as a sous chef at the highly decorated chef Martin Sieberer. Having returned to his roots, Werner Wibmer now is eager to implicate his experiences at the Hotel Outside in order to create culinary highlights.
